Application method of handheld ultrasonic spot welding machine:

1、 Fusion method: under moderate pressure, the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration welding head can generate friction heat on the joint surface of the two pieces of plastic and instantly fuse. The welding strength can be comparable to that of the body. With appropriate workpiece and reasonable interface design, it can achieve watertight and airtight, and avoid the inconvenience caused by the use of auxiliary products, so as to achieve efficient and clean fusion (see “for details”).

2、 Riveting welding method: press the ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration welding head against the protruding tip of the plastic product, so that it can instantly heat and melt into the rivet shape, so that the materials of different materials can be mechanically riveted together. 3、 Embedding: metal parts (such as nuts, screws, etc.) are immediately squeezed into the reserved plastic holes by the preaching of the welding head and appropriate pressure, and fixed at a certain depth. After completion, both the tensile force and torque can be comparable to the strength of traditional mold forming, which can avoid the defects of damaged injection mold and slow injection.

4、 Molding: this method is similar to the riveting welding method. The concave welding head is pressed on the outer ring of the plastic product. After the welding head emits ultrasonic ultra-high frequency vibration, the plastic is dissolved and formed and coated on the metal object to fix it, and the appearance is smooth and beautiful. This method is mainly used in the fixation and molding of electronics, speakers, and cosmetic lenses.

5、 Spot welding: A. two pieces of plastic are welded separately without designing welding lines in advance to achieve the purpose of welding. B. For relatively large workpieces, it is not easy to design the welding line for spot welding, so as to achieve the fusion effect, and it can spot weld multiple points at the same time.

6、 Cutting and sealing: the chemical fiber fabric is cut by using the working principle of ultrasonic instantaneous vibration, which has the advantages of smooth and clean incision without cracking and wire drawing.
