To install an ultrasonic oscillator, it is necessary to first understand the structure and working principle of the ultrasonic oscillator. In fact, ultrasonic oscillators are also known as ultrasonic oscillators, and the overall structure of the transducer connected to the amplitude converter in the industry is called a vibrator.
The ultrasonic vibrator is a device that realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration) by the Piezoelectricity of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies through the front and rear radiation cover blocks matched with acoustic impedance. The ultrasonic oscillator consists of an ultrasonic transducer and an ultrasonic amplitude transformer. Ultrasonic transducer is a device that can convert high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical energy. The ultrasonic amplitude transformer is a passive device that does not generate vibration itself. It only changes the amplitude of the input vibration of the ultrasonic transducer and transmits it out, completing impedance transformation.
Steps and preparation tools for installing the ultrasonic oscillator:
- Preparation tools: argon arc welding, No. 10 Hex key, chrome iron tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, 2 * 2.5 cable wire, vibrator glue, (Wire stripper, sleeve, binding tape, sandblasting machine, pipe fittings, etc.).
- Welding screws: Calculate the arrangement position of the vibrator, weld the screws on the cleaned position, and then clean the surrounding area of the screws, making sure they are flat to avoid affecting the installation of the vibrator.
- Glue configuration: Mix the glue evenly according to the specified proportion. (Meirui, Ailaoda, and 4030 glue are mixed before bonding, while KMD398 glue is mixed during the bonding process).
- Installation of vibration head: Apply glue evenly to the bottom of the ultrasonic oscillator, gently twist to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom of the transducer and the contact surface of the cylinder bottom, making the oscillator more tightly integrated with stainless steel.
- Curing and condensation: Place it in a relatively high room temperature area for curing. It can be connected for 4-8 hours, and after 24 hours, it can be powered on for testing. The testing machine is absolutely not allowed to vibrate without air.
Note: 1. Metal nail machines can also replace argon arc welding. 2. Welding screws must be fully welded, otherwise they may fall off easily. 3. Regarding curing, the length of time should consider the temperature. If the temperature is low, the time will be longer. If the temperature is high, it will be faster. It is recommended to operate at room temperature, and even if heated, do not overheat. It is best to do so appropriately.
