Piezoelectric ceramic sheets are coated with a layer of piezoelectric ceramic with a thickness of about 1mm on a circular copper substrate, and then deposited with a silver coating layer on the ceramic surface. The silver coating layer and the copper substrate are its two electrodes. Piezoelectric ceramics have a wonderful characteristic – Piezoelectricity: if it is bent, its surface will appear heterogeneous charges, such as reverse bending, the polarity of the charge will also be opposite. It is wonderful that if a certain voltage is applied to the two electrodes of a piezoelectric ceramic sheet, it will bend. When the voltage direction changes, the direction of the bending will also change.
