The ultrasonic cleaning process mostly uses water-based cleaning agent, because this kind of cleaning agent has poor solubility, permeability and dispersibility to oil and lipophilic dirt than ODS cleaning agent. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt ultrasonic heating degreasing and ultrasonic heating cleaning with multiple grooves to speed up the dissolution and dispersion of dirt and make it separate from parts (rough cleaning). Ultrasonic rinsing (fine washing) is to use pure water to wash the residual cleaning medium on the surface of parts. High-pressure washing is to spray high-pressure pure water from top to bottom in an all-round way to wash the small blind hole and the polluted medium in the gap. The clean parts after being sprayed shall be dried by fast hot air or steam to prevent oxidation and corrosion of the parts surface.
