For this purpose, a fully automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine generator power supply based on microcontroller PIC16F886 was designed, with a rated output power of 3000W and a working frequency of 20kHz to 40KHZ. Real time tracking control of frequency was achieved. The main research content is as follows: Firstly, based on the performance requirements of the ultrasonic power supply, a main circuit system of the ultrasonic power supply was designed. The main circuit system consists of rectifier and filter circuits, inverter circuits, matching circuits, and other units. The inverter circuit adopts a full bridge inverter topology structure. The main circuit system was analyzed and designed in detail in the article, and various parts of the main circuit system were simulated using Multisim simulation software.
