Advantages of ultrasonic oil-water emulsion: the type of emulsion can be controlled, the power required to produce lotion is small, and the formed lotion is more stable. In the process of crude oil pretreatment, the coagulation effect and viscosity reduction effect of ultrasound on crude oil can increase the aggregation of water droplets in crude oil, accelerate the separation of oil and water phases, and effectively improve the demulsification effect of crude oil. The industrial application results show that this technology can effectively suppress crude oil emulsification, stabilize electric desalination operation, and thus achieve the effect of electric desalination. Even under very harsh conditions, ultrasonic demulsification has shown outstanding demulsification effect.
