The ultrasonic vibration plate can be equipped with or without an ultrasonic generator. The ultrasonic vibration plate can be flexibly installed in the cleaning tank (top, side, bottom) according to the different cleaning objects (parts) to achieve different cleaning effects. Suitable for self building cleaning tanks or adding ultrasonic vibration plates to existing cleaning tanks, as well as for repairing or replacing existing ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

- It adopts SUS304/SUS316L/titanium plate, which is strong, corrosion-resistant, waterproof, and reinforced for packaging and welding.
- Select excellent transducers with strong ultrasonic power.
Equipped with our company’s advanced and unique closed-loop digital ultrasonic generator, it always maintains a constant output current, stable performance, and is corrosion-resistant and moisture-proof.
The generator is connected to the shock plate using a dedicated high-frequency wire to prevent skin effect.
- Ultrasonic vibration plates (ultrasonic vibration plates) of different sizes, powers, and frequencies can be customized according to customer requirements.
6 stainless steel vibration plates can be plated with hard chromium according to user requirements.
