The frequency used by Ultrasonic cleaning can be 10~500 kHz according to the size and purpose of the cleaning material, generally 20~50 kHz. As the frequency of ultrasonic transducers increases, Langevin oscillators, longitudinal oscillators, thickness oscillators, etc. can be used. In terms of miniaturization, there are also radial and bending vibrations using circular oscillators.
