80khz 60W High Frequency Ultrasonic Cleaner Transducer For Ultrasonic Cleaning Bath

The traditional ultrasonic (cleaning machine) piezoelectric ceramic chip used for 80khz 60W ultrasonic transducer is prone to breakage during high-speed vibration. Therefore, a horn type composite oscillator structure is generally adopted, which is composed of front and rear metal cover plates, piezoelectric ceramic chips, pre-stressed screws, electrode plates, and insulation sleeves. The front and rear metal cover plates and pre-stressed screws clamp the entire ceramic chip to prevent it from breaking during high-speed vibration. By applying appropriate prestress, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under high-power and high amplitude conditions.
