The high-frequency ultrasonic vibration plate does not occupy any space in the cleaning tank. They are installed outside the container by welding or stamping, so vibration plates are an ideal solution for new equipment or modified slots with limited space. With many standardized and customized frequencies, oscillators have an extremely wide range of applications, such as water based cleaning, degreasing, electroplating, electronics, PCB technology, optics, maintenance. For applications that are sensitive to clumping, such as medical equipment, the vibrating plate substrate can be specially designed with a corner shape, which can effectively prevent clumping.
