Ultrasonic cleaning is achieved by generating ultrasonic waves through transducers and utilizing the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in water to achieve good cleaning results. The device that uses Piezoelectricity to realize the mutual conversion of electric energy and acoustic energy is called piezoelectric transducer. It consists of metal cover plates in front of and behind the central piezoelectric ceramic stack, prestressed screws, piezoelectric chips, nickel alloy electrode plates and insulating tubes. By applying appropriate prestressing force, piezoelectric ceramics are not easily broken under high-power and high amplitude conditions. Our company uses sandwich transducers (bolted on type transducers, also known as lbt type piezoelectric transducers), which can generate stable ultrasonic waves during load changes and are widely used in ultrasonic cleaning, welding, drilling, etc. For flexible use and easy installation, this transducer can be installed anywhere using a “spiral” method.
