Precautions for assembly of transducer of ultrasonic welding machine:

Check the contact surface. The contact surface should be flat and smooth without scars. If there are any scars, gently polish with metallographic sandpaper of grade zero or above. It is required to be able to smooth out the defects without damaging the flatness of the contact surface.
Cleaning. Clean screws, screw holes, and contact surfaces thoroughly with volatile and non corrosive cleaning agents.
Installation. All connecting screw holes should be perpendicular to the contact surface.
Before tightening, apply a thin layer of butter or petroleum jelly to the contact surface, taking care not to apply it to the connecting screws and screw holes.
Carefully tighten the two components. According to the different specifications of the connecting screws, control the appropriate tightening torque and, if possible, tighten it appropriately.
If the joint surface is loosened again, there should be no visible scars.
Touch the vibration system with your hand to ensure uniform amplitude, no strange sounds, and no severe local heating.
After working for a period of time, there should be no signs of oxidation or erosion on the loosened joint surface, otherwise it indicates poor contact here and severe loss of ultrasonic energy.
