40KHz High Frequency Ultrasonic Welding Transducer For Ultrasonic Spot Welder Machine

PZT (lead zirconate titanate) ceramic is selected as the piezoelectric ceramic plate of metal welded ultrasonic transducer vibrator. It is a component based on PbTiO3 and PbZrO3 solids. Its Curie point is in the range of 300~400 ℃, and its performance is relatively stable in a large temperature range. As the energy transfer material, its piezoelectric effect is significant. Consider using an asymmetric structure, with a nodal design at the contact surface between the front cover plate and the piezoelectric ceramic plate. The rear cover plate forms a quarter wavelength segment with two piezoelectric ceramic plates and electrode plates, while the front cover plate forms a quarter wavelength upper segment.
