Ultrasonic cleaning transducers generally adopt a horn shaped composite array structure (belonging to the Langevin oscillator structure), which is composed of front and rear metal cover plates, piezoelectric ceramic chips, pre-stressed screws, electrode plates, and insulation sleeves. By applying appropriate prestress, the transducer has good electromechanical conversion efficiency under high-power and high amplitude conditions.

Ultrasonic cleaning is precisely achieved by the ultrasonic vibration generated by the transducer, which causes cavitation effects in water and generates instantaneous high-pressure bubbles that impact the cleaned object to achieve good cleaning results.

Ultrasonic cleaning transducers are medium power type transducers that operate continuously, and their power is generally calculated and constant based on the average value of continuous operation.
