Industrial ultrasonic cleaning transducer is a device that converts electrical energy into ultrasonic vibration energy, and its working principle is to utilize the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics. When high-frequency electrical signals are applied to piezoelectric ceramics, they generate high-frequency mechanical vibrations, which are transmitted to the cleaning solution through the transducer’s oscillator, causing the cleaning solution to produce ultrasonic waves. When ultrasonic waves propagate in the cleaning solution, the small vibrations of the liquid will strongly wash and peel off the dirt attached to the surface of the workpiece, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.
