3200W 15KHZ/20KHZ ultrasonic welding power generator has designed a new main circuit topology structure of AC-DC-AC and a control circuit with TMS320F2809 as the control core. The 3200W 15KHZ/20KHZ ultrasonic welding power generator introduces the AD9833 high division frequency phase-locked loop into the design of the frequency generation circuit of the ultrasonic power supply, which improves the frequency resolution of the output voltage of the ultrasonic power supply; Introducing high-frequency transformer detection into ultrasonic power supply voltage detection to accelerate voltage detection speed and improve system tracking accuracy.

The 3200W 15KHZ/20KHZ ultrasonic welding power generator has studied the equivalent electric network circuit of piezoelectric transducer, analyzed the impedance, admittance and frequency of the equivalent circuit of piezoelectric ceramics, selected the series resonant frequency as the frequency tracking point, and designed the corresponding T-type matching circuit. A voltage and current phase difference tracking method based on a combination of fuzzy adaptive control and phase-locked loop control was designed based on the variation of the resonant frequency of the amplitude converter with temperature and load fluctuations.

The system simulation model of 3200W 15KHZ/20KHZ ultrasonic welding power generator was established and the system was simulated. The simulation and testing results indicate that the above improvement measures have improved the tracking speed and accuracy of the system, improved the stability and efficiency of power supply operation, and ensured that the load operates in the optimal state.
