  2. The power supply of ultrasonic vibrating screen and rotary vibrating screen is respectively supplied. The rotary vibrating screen is three-phase power supply, and the ultrasonic vibrating screen is single-phase power supply. Both of them need to be reliably grounded.
  3. The OUT on the back panel of the power supply of the ultrasonic shale shaker is ultrasonic output. Please insert the ultrasonic HF connecting line into the lock and check that the connection is reliable. The other end of the aviation plug of the HF connecting cable is connected with the transducer, and the sealing and fixing are ensured firmly.
  4. Connect the power supply of the ultrasonic vibrating screen and the ultrasonic HF connecting cable, and turn on the ultrasonic power switch after checking. With the sound of “drop”, the power supply of the ultrasonic shale shaker starts, and the display window displays “vibration amplitude XXX μ M “, and enter the self-test state. The vibration amplitude can be adjusted by adjusting the amplitude knob (the recommended vibration amplitude is 100~150 μ m. It is beneficial to the service life of the screen).
  5. There are two working states of ultrasonic resonant power supply: continuous “-” working state and pulse “” working state. The normal working state is continuous “-” working state. In the continuous “-” working state, press the mode key to enter the pulse “” working state. Press the continuous key in the pulse state to return to the continuous working state.
