The ultrasonic oscillator, also known as the ultrasonic oscillator, connects the transducer to the amplitude converter and is called the oscillator as a whole. It is a device that realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and mechanical energy (acoustic vibration) by the Piezoelectricity of piezoelectric ceramics, and amplifies through the front and rear radiation cover blocks matched with acoustic impedance. Due to the fact that the amplitude transformer is a passive device, it does not generate vibration itself, but only changes the amplitude of the input vibration before transmitting it out, completing impedance transformation.

Common Materials for Ultrasonic Vibrators
- Aluminum horn has high sound transmission efficiency, but the material has low strength, is prone to cracking and screw hole slipping
- Steel horn has high strength, but relatively high acoustic impedance
- Titanium alloy horn has good comprehensive performance, but its disadvantages are high price and difficult processing.
