Ultrasonic cleaning transducer is a device that uses ultrasonic energy to clean objects. It converts high-frequency electrical signals into ultrasonic vibrations through transducers, generating micro jets and shock waves in the cleaning solution to clean the surface of objects. The ultrasonic cleaning transducer consists of a high-frequency electrical signal generator, transducer, and cleaning tank. When high-frequency electrical signals pass through the transducer, the transducer converts the electrical signal into ultrasonic vibration, which generates micro jets and shock waves in the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank. These micro jets and shock waves can remove dirt, grease, impurities, etc. from the surface of objects, thereby achieving the purpose of cleaning.

There are many types of ultrasonic cleaning transducers, commonly including magnetostrictive transducers and electrostrictive transducers. Magnetostrictive transducers generate ultrasonic vibration through changes in magnetic fields, while electrostrictive transducers generate ultrasonic vibration through changes in electric fields. Both types of transducers have their own advantages and disadvantages, and their applicable ranges are also different.
