Installation process of Ultrasonic Transducer:

1、 Preparation tools: argon arc welding, 10 # hexagonal wrench, chrome iron tin wire, 2.5 square high temperature wire, 2 * 2.5 cable wire, vibrator glue, (wire stripper, sleeve, binding tape, sandblasting machine, pipe fittings, etc.).

2、 Welding screws: calculate the arrangement position of the vibrator, weld the screws at the cleaned position, and then clean the surrounding of the screws to ensure that they are flat, so as not to affect the installation of the vibrator.

3、 Glue configuration: squeeze glue A around the screw and glue B next to glue A, and then quickly mix glue AB with a small iron bar to make it fully and evenly mixed.

4、 Installation of vibration head: slightly twist the transducer to squeeze out the air and excess glue between the bottom and the cylinder bottom contact surface, so that the vibrator can be more closely combined with the stainless steel as a whole.

5、 Curing and condensation: place it at a relatively high room temperature for curing, connect it for 4-8 hours, and power on the machine for testing after 24 hours.

Note: 1. Nailing machines with metal grades can also replace argon arc welding.

  1. The welding screw must be fully welded, otherwise it is easy to fall off.
  2. As for curing, temperature should be taken into consideration. If the temperature is low, the curing time will be long. If the temperature is high, the curing time will be fast. It is recommended to operate at room temperature. Even if the curing is heated, it is better not to overheat.
