There are many kinds of Ultrasonic Generators in our country, most of which can drive the ultrasonic vibrator to clean. However, because of different circuit designs, their transmission efficiency is different, which shows that the generator consumes the same electrical energy, while the ultrasonic cleaning capacity varies greatly.

The power supply design of ultrasonic generator is divided into self excitation mode and separate excitation mode. Self excitation circuit has no signal source and is generally applied to small equipment with few vibrators; In the case of a large number of vibrators, it is impossible to achieve resonance effect through debugging, so the ultrasonic generator of industrial ultrasonic cleaning equipment is mostly excited separately.

The circuit of separate excitation mode is composed of two steps, namely, the signal source part and the signal amplification part.

  1. Signal amplification part: amplify the signal generated by the signal source and output it to the ultrasonic vibrator. Different output circuits and voltages of ultrasonic generators with different circuits are important reasons for the high and low transmission efficiency. When the output voltage is large, the power consumption of the generator is naturally large. At the same time, the vibrator is also easy to heat, and the induced electric field generated is strong. Proper adjustment of the circuit and increase of the voltage output to the oscillator may achieve good results.
  2. Signal source part: the signal generation and control part with CPU as the core is adopted, and the phase-locked loop technology is adopted, so the frequency is stable and reliable. The signal source is generally driven by 12~15V voltage to generate square wave signal and signal amplification circuit; The timing control, adjustment and other external functions of the ultrasonic generator can be completed by controlling the signal output of the signal source. Because it is low voltage control, it is safe and reliable.

The circuit of the signal amplification part is directly powered by 220V voltage rectification, and the inductor and transformer core are made of high-quality materials, which will play a vital role in the lightweight of the ultrasonic generator.
