Specifically, the single groove mold cleaning machine is mainly composed of three parts: an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer, and a cleaning tank. During operation, appropriate cleaning agent media are added to achieve ultrasonic cleaning. The ultrasonic generator, equivalent to the controller of the entire cleaning system, is mainly used to convert municipal electricity into high-frequency AC current that matches the ultrasonic transducer, driving the operation of the ultrasonic transducer; The transducer converts the sound energy from a preset power ultrasonic frequency source into mechanical vibration waves that, under the reflection of the cleaning tank wall, radiate ultrasonic waves to the cleaning fluid in the tank. Under the radiation of ultrasound, the liquid microbubbles in the water tank generate and maintain a corresponding frequency of vibration.
