The vibrator of the 20khz 60W ultrasonic cleaning transducer is an energy transmission device, which converts the input 220V voltage and electrical power into mechanical power and transmits it to the stainless steel plate, generating countless water waves in the water, which wash the workpiece for countless times to achieve the cleaning effect. The vibrator of ultrasonic cleaning transducer mainly uses the piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic. The higher the piezoelectric voltage, the greater the power.

The vibrator of the 20khz 60W ultrasonic cleaning transducer is characterized in that it comprises a front seat, a rear seat, a fixing bolt and an ultrasonic generating component. The front seat and the rear seat are both provided with the first through-hole through the upper and lower surfaces. The fixing bolt is connected in series with the rear seat, the ultrasonic generating component and the front seat. The ultrasonic generating component comprises multiple groups of piezoelectric ceramics and electrode plates arranged at intervals, A flange structure extends radially outward from the outer circumference of the front seat. The flange structure is provided with a number of second through-holes running through its upper and lower surfaces. A third through-hole is formed from the outer surface of the flange structure by inward depression. The third through-hole is connected with the second through-hole.
