Most of the digital display ultrasonic generator power supplies in current technology use a half bridge high-frequency inverter. However, the PWM duty cycle of the half bridge high-frequency inverter is severely lost, and the switching loss of the MOS transistor is too large, resulting in low output efficiency of the digital display ultrasonic generator power supply. This problem is particularly prominent in high-power ultrasonic generators. Therefore, how to provide a more efficient external excitation ultrasonic driving power supply has become an urgent problem to be solved.

The digital display ultrasonic generator power supply is used as a power component of a high-power ultrasonic generator, in conjunction with other components such as ultrasonic transducers and DSP processors in existing technologies. When in use, J1 and J2 are connected to the live line and zero line of the power supply as the power supply interfaces; J3 and J4 are respectively connected to the two poles of the ultrasonic transducer as the interface of the ultrasonic transducer; J5, J6, J7, and J8 are used as input ports for phase shift control signals and are respectively connected to the output end of one of the four PWM control signals of the DSP processor.

The power supply of the digital display ultrasonic generator is set to a full bridge structure with built-in auxiliary network, which greatly reduces the loss of duty cycle, thus greatly reducing the switching loss of MOS transistors under high-frequency conditions, and thereby greatly improving the output efficiency of the high-power ultrasonic generator.
