Ultrasonic cell crusher utilizes the dispersion effect of ultrasound in liquid to create cavitation, thereby breaking solid particles or cell tissues in the liquid. The ultrasonic cell crusher consists of two parts: an ultrasonic generator and a transducer. The ultrasonic generator converts the mains power into 18-21KHz alternating energy to supply the transducer. The barium zirconate titanate piezoelectric oscillator is the heart of the transducer, which undergoes elastic deformation with alternating voltage at a frequency of 18-21KHz, and the transducer undergoes longitudinal mechanical vibration. The vibration wave generates cavitation effect through a titanium alloy amplitude transformer immersed in a biological solution, which excites the biological particles in the medium to vibrate violently.
