The replacement of high-power ultrasonic cleaning equipment is mainly marked by the update of ultrasonic power supplies. With the development of high-power electronic devices, high-power ultrasonic pulse generators have achieved superior performance in the new generation of development. Currently, ultrasonic cleaning power supplies are mainly based on switching power supply circuits.
The high-power ultrasonic pulse generator uses four high-power IGBT devices and their corresponding absorbing freewheeling components to form a half bridge inverter main circuit. The output circuit transmits this oscillating electrical energy to the transducer array through an output transformer and converts it into mechanical energy that acts on the load. The protection system consists of overcurrent protection and overheating protection. When the power load is short circuited and generates overcurrent or overheats due to poor heat dissipation conditions, it can suppress the output and ensure the safety of the power circuit.
