2、 Basic structure of vibrating plate box of Ultrasonic cleaning
The entire device consists of three basic parts:
- Ultrasonic generator (electrical control box)
- Ultrasonic transducer (its function is to convert electrical energy into mechanical kinetic energy)
- Ultrasonic vibration plate box body (all stainless steel material)
- Cable connection line (signal connection between ultrasonic generator and ultrasonic transducer)
III. Application scope of vibrating plate box of Ultrasonic cleaning:
- Mechanical steel and iron hardware parts are degreased using alkaline effective cleaning agents.
- Phosphating of mechanical steel and iron hardware parts, using a three in one cleaning agent of degreasing, rust removal, and phosphating.
- Pure aluminum and aluminum alloy parts, using neutral aluminum surface cleaning agent.
- Use neutral cleaning agents for copper and other non-ferrous metal parts.
- Electroplating hardware parts, using metal degreaser and polishing wax remover.
