The small bubbles (cavitation nuclei) distributed in the liquid vibrate under the influence of the sound field, When the sound pressure reaches the specified value, the bubbles rapidly increase and then suddenly close. After the bubbles close, a shock wave is generated, forming thousands of atmospheric pressures around them, damaging insoluble dirt and distributing them in the cleaning solution. When group particles are wrapped in oil and adhere to the surface of the cleaning part, the oil is emulsified, and solid particles detach, thus achieving the purpose of purifying the surface of the cleaning part.
