The power supply of digital intelligent ultrasonic welding generator is mainly divided into main circuit and control circuit. Although traditional control methods can stabilize the output power, the output voltage is square wave and cannot be close to sine wave, resulting in poor output waveform quality and high harmonic content, increasing system power consumption during the casting process and reducing the utilization rate of casting. In response to the shortcomings of traditional control methods, this article applies PS-PWM control technology to the ultrasonic power supply, and uses DSP chips to build the system hardware circuit, making the output voltage waveform closer to a sine wave, reducing system power consumption and harmonic content.
