Given the advantages of good cleaning effect, high efficiency, and low cost, ultrasonic cleaning machines are widely used in industries such as electronics, machinery, watches, optics, medical treatment, chemical fiber, electroplating, etc. [1]. In ultrasonic cleaning equipment, ultrasonic power supply is one of its important components. Most of the existing ultrasonic power supplies use dedicated integrated control chips (such as SG3525, TL494) or microcontrollers to generate PWM pulse signals. After power amplification, impedance, and tuning matching, the transducer is pushed to convert the electrical signal into mechanical vibration, generating ultrasonic waves. Both of these power sources have their own limitations. The former control method has slow dynamic response, inconvenient parameter adjustment, and severe temperature drift [2]. However, using a microcontroller to directly generate PWM signals can achieve high-precision and high stability control characteristics, and achieve flexible and diverse control functions. However, due to the limitations of its operating frequency, the frequency resolution of the output PWM signal is low, making it difficult to meet frequency fine tuning. In response to the many problems existing in the ultrasonic power supply mentioned above, this article is based on PWM technology, using a microcontroller combined with an analog integrated circuit to form an intelligent control system, and has developed a digital ultrasonic power supply with stable performance, simple control adjustment, and low cost.
