100W 28KHZ Small Piezoelectric Vibration Screen Generator For Ultrasonic Vibratory Sieving Machine

The ultrasonic system is an important assembly that distinguishes the ultrasonic shale shaker from other screening equipment. The ultrasonic shale shaker power supply is 37KHz high frequency and high power. The built-in microcomputer chip is used to realize the whole process digital tracking and monitoring of different conditions of materials. It is simple to operate, requires no manual adjustment, can continue to operate for a long time, has low heat output and long service life of accessories.

Connecting cable: cable connection is adopted between ultrasonic transducer and power supply of ultrasonic vibrating screen.

Connector: aviation link plug-in.

Transducer: High performance ultrasonic transducer.

Ultrasonic grid: composed of external grid and resonator.

Screen: applicable to 10~635 meshes.

Before using the ultrasonic vibration system, please carefully read this detailed item and operate according to the instructions to avoid unnecessary damage to the equipment.

  1. The working input voltage of ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is AC 220V.
  2. When the production requirements can be met, the vibration amplitude shall not exceed 200 μ m.
  3. Do not turn on the power supply of the ultrasonic shale shaker when the grid is not loaded, that is, the grid is not stretched. Otherwise, it is easy to cause power overcurrent and damage to the grid and transducer.
  4. The screen must be tightened, otherwise the ultrasonic input and vibration results will be affected.
  5. The connecting screws of the aviation plug of the transducer must be tightened and wrapped with insulating tape to prevent dust from entering. Cherish this link carefully in use.
  6. Before starting the machine, check whether the nuts of the transducer and the connector plug are locked, and whether the transducer and the grid are locked (the locking granularity is 40~50kg). During the use, the HF connecting cable between the case and the transducer shall be carefully protected, the connecting cable and the transducer socket shall be carefully protected against moisture, and the connecting plug and socket shall not be allowed to enter water.
  7. If the material conducts electricity, please use an extended ultrasonic HF connecting cable to isolate the power supply of the ultrasonic shale shaker from the screening site, so as to prevent the material from entering the power box and causing a short circuit.
  8. Each set of ultrasonic system includes one ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply, one HF connecting cable, one transducer and one grid. Do not use the ultrasonic system interchangeably with other manufacturers to avoid unnecessary loss.

The new universal ultrasonic vibrating screen power supply is applicable to different ultrasonic screening equipment, which improves the compliance of production, reduces screen blockage, has high screening density, and experiences ideal screening results.
