Features of ultrasonic vibration plate:

Ultrasonic vibration plate is composed of vibration plate box and ultrasonic generator. It is simple in structure and convenient in use and maintenance. It is mainly used in electroplating pretreatment, anodizing pretreatment and other processes.
The input ultrasonic vibration plate is made of high-quality stainless steel, SUS 304/316L stainless steel and titanium alloy. It can be plated with hard chromium according to customer requirements to improve the corrosion resistance and cavitation resistance of the vibration box.
BLT ultrasonic vibrator and KG ultrasonic generator are used to match, with high Q value, high electro-acoustic conversion efficiency and equipment output, long service life, glue bonding, and each process has been inspected.
Standard frequency: 25, 28, 40, 80, 120 to 170KHz, other frequencies can be customized; Multiple frequencies: 40, 80, 120KHZ can be customized, dual frequency, triple frequency can be customized.
