100khz high-frequency ultrasonic transducer oscillator refers to a frequency transducer with a frequency exceeding 40khz. The higher the frequency, the lower the power conversion of the ultrasonic power supply and the greater the energy consumption. Ultrasonic transducers typically include piezoelectric (PZT) devices that expand or contract when subjected to oscillation driving signals provided by the generator. This transducer is generally installed at the bottom and/or side of the cleaning container, or submerged in a liquid. The generated ultrasound spreads vertically to the resonant surface. The interaction between this wave and the liquid medium produces a cavitation implosion. High intensity ultrasound generates tiny steam/vacuum bubbles in a liquid medium, which increase proportionally to the applied ultrasonic frequency until they reach their maximum size, and then explode to release their energy. The higher the frequency, the smaller the bubble size.
