The inverter circuit used in the design of the driving circuit board of the household ultrasonic dishwasher is a full bridge inverter circuit. Its advantages are that it is suitable for high-power output, and the main transformer only needs one primary winding to obtain forward and reverse magnetic flux through forward and reverse voltage. Therefore, the transformer core and winding are optimally utilized, resulting in improved efficiency. In addition, under normal operation, the maximum reverse voltage of the power switch tube will not exceed the power supply voltage. Four energy recovery diodes can eliminate a portion of the instantaneous voltage generated by leakage inductance, and there is no need to set an energy recovery winding. Flyback energy can be restored and utilized. In the full bridge inverter circuit, IGBT is used as a high-power switching device.
